1. Data Controller

This website is operated by Dapp Pulse DOO, Aleksandra Majstorovića 11, 32000 Čačak, Serbia (Registration ID: 22027867, Tax ID: 114469041).

2. What data we collect

We collect data in two ways:

  • Contact form — when you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, and the message you write. This data is processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox.
  • Analytics cookies — only if you click Accept analytics on the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data: pages visited, time on page, approximate geographic region, device type, and referral source. No personally identifiable information is collected by analytics.

We do not collect any data if you decline the cookie banner.

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Contact form messages — processed on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
  • Analytics cookies — processed only on the basis of your freely given consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see Section 7).

4. Third-party data processors

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) — analytics only, and only with your consent. Data may be transferred to the USA under Google's Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Privacy Policy.
  • Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions. Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
  • jsDelivr CDN (Prospect One, Poland) — serves Bootstrap CSS. No personal data is collected beyond standard server access logs. jsDelivr Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

This site uses the following cookies:

  • dappulse-cookie-consent — stores your cookie preference (accepted or declined). Stored in localStorage, never sent to a server. Expires when you clear browser storage.
  • dappulse-theme — stores your preferred colour theme. Stored in localStorage, never sent to a server.
  • _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies. Set only if you accept analytics. Used to distinguish users and sessions. Expire after 2 years and 13 months respectively.

6. Data retention

  • Contact form messages — retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to respond and fulfil any related obligations, then deleted.
  • Analytics data — retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPDL) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
  • Withdraw consent for analytics at any time (see below)
  • Lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs)

8. Withdrawing analytics consent

To withdraw or change your cookie preference at any time, click the Manage cookies link in the footer of any page. This clears your stored preference and re-shows the consent banner immediately.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
